By accessing or using this application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions
and to use the Service only for lawful school purposes. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is provided for authorised users of the school community, including students, parents/guardians,
teachers, administrative staff, finance and HR staff, campus services staff, management, and approved applicants
or guests where recruitment or public pages are enabled.
- You must use only the account issued or registered for you.
- Parents and guardians may access information relating to their linked children only.
- Staff may access data and tools only as permitted by their assigned role.
- Access may be withdrawn when you leave the school, change role, or breach these terms.
2. Accounts and security
- Keep your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share accounts.
- Use a strong password and change it if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Sign out from shared or public devices after use.
- Notify school administration promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, except where the school confirms a security breach beyond your control.
3. What you may do
Subject to your role permissions, you may:
- View and update your own profile information where the Service allows.
- Access academic, attendance, fee, timetable, transport, residential, HR, or other modules assigned to your role.
- Communicate through school-approved channels in the Service (for example messaging, circulars, or social feed posts) in a respectful manner.
- Download or print information that relates to you or your children for personal school-related use.
- Use help guides and support features provided within the Service.
4. What you must not do
You must not:
- Attempt to access accounts, data, invoices, records, or admin tools you are not authorised to use.
- Share, publish, or forward confidential student, parent, staff, medical, fee, or payroll information outside authorised school use.
- Upload unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your role, or falsify attendance, marks, fees, leave, or other records.
- Probe, scan, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service, or introduce malware.
- Use automated scripts or scrapers except where the school has expressly permitted an integration.
- Circumvent role restrictions, read-only modes, or security controls.
- Use the Service for commercial advertising, political campaigning, or personal business unrelated to school operations.
- Copy branding, curriculum materials, or school documents from the Service for unauthorised redistribution.
5. Roles and access
Permissions depend on the role assigned by school administration (for example student, parent, teacher, finance, HR, admin, management).
Management and similar oversight roles may be read-only. Creating, editing, approving, or deleting records is limited to roles that have write access.
- Do not request or use elevated access you do not need for your duties.
- If your duties change, ask administration to update your role rather than borrowing another account.
- Staff with privileged access (admin, finance, HR, etc.) must follow school data-handling policies and the principle of least privilege.
6. Student, parent and staff data
- Information in the Service may include personal data, academic records, fees, transport and residential details, and HR information.
- Use and disclose such data only for legitimate school purposes and only to people who need it.
- Parents should treat sibling and other family account access carefully and not share credentials with children beyond what the school permits.
- Students must not attempt to view or alter other students’ confidential information.
- Exporting or bulk downloading personal data requires appropriate authority and purpose.
7. Content, communications and records
- Posts, comments, circulars, messages, homework, and uploaded files must be accurate, respectful, and relevant to school life.
- Do not post personal contact details of others without permission.
- Fee, payroll, exam, and attendance records are official school records; unauthorised alteration is prohibited.
- The school may remove content that breaches these terms or school policy.
- Notifications (email, SMS, push, or in-app) may be sent for operational reasons such as invoices, absences, circulars, or leave.
8. Fair and acceptable use
To keep the Service fair and reliable for everyone:
- Use bandwidth and storage reasonably; do not upload unnecessarily large or irrelevant files.
- Avoid repeated bulk exports or intensive queries that degrade performance for others.
- Report bugs, suspected abuse, or data errors through proper school channels rather than exploiting them.
- Treat other users with courtesy in all in-app communications.
- Follow applicable school handbooks, codes of conduct, and local law in addition to these Terms.
9. Monitoring and enforcement
The school and platform operators may review logs and activity for security, audit, support, and compliance.
Breaches may result in warnings, suspension or termination of access, notification to parents or employers,
and, where appropriate, disciplinary or legal action.
10. Availability and changes
- The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or events beyond reasonable control.
- Features may change as modules are enabled, updated, or retired by the school.
- These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided to support school operations. While reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate and available,
the school and platform providers do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Official decisions about admissions, fees, employment, exams, and discipline remain with the school’s authorised processes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
For questions about these Terms, account access, or suspected misuse, contact the school administration through the usual school communication channels, or use in-app help where available.
